Hi everyone!! Today is Wednesday...{in case you didn't know} and that means it's a brand new, FUN challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog! This week we want to see Dies and/or Punches used on your cards! So many endless possibilities! I can't wait to see what all of you create this week!!
This week the Simon Says Stamp DT are featuring the NEW Exclusive Simon Says Stamp Dies and Stamps! Have you seen all of the new ones that came out in STAMPtember? They are ALL Fabulous!! For my creations this week, I decided to use the new Apothecary Labels Die and Stamp Set! Love, love, love this one!!
I first die cut the label using some paper by Prima from the Tea Thyme 6x6 Paper Pad. I then stamped the label onto that using some Black Staz-On . I then added some glue to the decorative scroll parts using my Martha Stewart Glue Pen and then added some White Glitter.
I also used a paper doily, Prima Roses and Liquid Pearls in White Opal on the card. I also did a bit of distressing to the paper and doily using a Prima Distressing Tool and some Colorbox Ink Pads.
I also figured since they are Apothecary Labels, why not use them on some Bottles! They would make a great gift for someone. You can fill them with flowers, candy, pearls and gems, etc.
So Fun! ♥
Heidi will generously give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
AND
This week, in addition to the $50 Voucher, Heidi is also giving away a $50 Prize Pack full of Simon Says Stamp Dies!! Woo-Hoo! She is so kind and generous!! She is the BEST!!
But there is a catch!! There will be a Random Draw from one of the DT's or GDT's Blogs! So make sure you leave a comment here and on the rest of the team's posts for your chance to win this AMAZING Prize Pack!!
Before I leave you, I just had to show you this photo of my 2 year old's hand reaching in to snatch my card before I finished photographing everything! LOL He is a piece of work!!
Have fun creating!!
