That was yesterday's Ways to Use it Challenge over at SCS. To make crinkled up cardstock flowers! You just punch or cut out some shapes of cardstock, crumple it up, then adhere together to form a flower. Super easy and fun! I decided to use my heart punch to form the bottom layer of my flower. Just punched out 5 hearts, crumpled them up, then glued them together. Then I used my scalloped edged circle punches on some Fancy Pants Designs dp to form the center of the flower. Finished it off with a button and some hemp cord. I even crumpled up my punched Martha Stewart butterflies. For the edges of the papers I used my Heidi Swapp Edge Distresser. Then to complete the card, I added some satin ribbon, an Inque Boutique Quote stamp, some Hero Arts pink pearls and my Martha Stewart branch and scalloped edge punches! Doesn't Martha Stewart make the best punches?? They are a Good Thing! *wink*
I'll be back later to announce the winner of my giveaway! You still have some time left to enter! Good Luck!
Hugs,
