This week's challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog is to use 3 different papers on your creations. It can be from the same manufacturer or you can mix them up! How fun!!
This week the Simon Says DT are featuring stamps by either C.C. Designs or The Greeting Farm. I chose an adorable set called Swiss Pixie Key and Lock by C.C. Designs. I love the sweet key, lock and sentiment in this set. I colored them in with Copics and Pastel Chalks and then coated them with glitter.
My card looks like I used more than 3 papers by I didn't. That's why I love these papers by Kaiser Craft from the Vintage Timeless Paper Pad. They are so pretty and a lot of them have a layered look to them. I also used some of my handmade seam binding and some Liquid Pearls in White Opal.
As always, Heidi will generously give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
And lastly, I promised you all a pic of my latest find! A Vintage Victorian Singer Sewing Machine in a Cherry Cabinet that I picked up on Ebay for only $27.36! It was so cheap because it was pick up only and they were located only about 20 minutes from me. It looks even better in person and guess what? It actually works! The machine itself and the work light with old light bulb inside still works! Amazing!
Have a sweet day!
