This week at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog "Love is in the Air"! We want to see your Valentine's cards or any type card/project for the love of your life! Make it cute, shabby, vintage however you like just show some LOVE!!
This week the SS girls got to play with some Prima products. I chose to use some of my favorite Prima papers, stamp and products. The papers are from the Printery 8x8 Paper Stack and the stamp is a Journaling Clear Stamp. I also used some Prima Toggle Wooden Buttonsand the large flower is from the Antique Parchment Petals collection.
I also used some of my handmade crinkled seam binding and mini pink roses, White Opal Liquid Pearls, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, Pastel Chalks and chunky glitter.
As always, Heidi will generously give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
♥♥♥ And finally the winner of my last giveaway is.... Carmen Palermo! Congratulations Carmen! Please send me an email with your snail mail addy! You have until next Monday the 13th to contact me or I will have to pick a new winner. Be on the lookout for another giveaway coming up soon!! ;) ♥♥♥
Have a wonderful day!

ReplyDeleteThis card is really gorgeous. I love your seam binding and the pretty little butterfly on your flower. So lovely. Congratulations to Carmen......I cant say Im not green with envy though, heehee. Im sure you will enjoy all your gorgeous goodies. Thanks again Melissa for the chance of winning. How I wish I lived in the USA so I could raid Michaels and Joanns!! Lee x
ReplyDeleteI just love the vintage charm this card has! The sentiment you've added is fantastic and so are your roses!
ReplyDeleteMelissa: I make my own seam binding, and I use it A LOT. I was wondering if you would email me and tell me how you make your triple bow like you did on this card. You've probably seen that mine turn out very different (almost looking like a flower). I would really appreciate your help. Perhaps they are truly three separate bows layered on top of one another?
