Hi there! I hope you all are having a wonderful day so far! Just stopping in with a card I made for the current JustRite Friday Challenge, Bleach Stamping Technique. This is not the first time I have done this technique and it is really fun and easy. It makes a card look very different and unique. You can find the tutorial on it HERE.
I used JustRite's The Scoop Vintage Labels Four Clear Stamp Set for my card. I first stamped the Vanilla Label onto a piece of black cardstock using embossing ink. I then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I then "colored" the image with some bleach and a brush. The bleach against the black cardstock gives it a cool, aged look.
I then stamped the cone in 2 parts. First I stamped the bottom cone part onto a piece of kraft paper using Tea Dye Distress Ink. I then heat embossed that with clear embossing powder. I then colored in the image with bleach and then used some Distress Markers to finish the cone. I then stamped the ice cream part of it onto a piece of pink cardstock using clear embossing ink and then heat embossing it with clear embossing powder. I then "colored" that in with bleach and then left it like that. The pink cardstock shows on the "edges" and the white part is bleached. Looks really cool irl! :)
There is still plenty of time for you to join this challenge and try a new technique or 1 you haven't done in a while! Just visit the JustRite Inspiration Blog!!
Have a "Sweet" Day!
