Hello there! I'm back! I wasn't going to say anything on here as to why I was absent the past couple of weeks but as soon as I got on here, I realized that I have so many crafty friends who read my blog and I felt like I owe you all an explanation of my absence. Back in January I found out I was pregnant with our 3rd child. We were so happy! My first ultrasound was perfect with a very strong heartbeat and all of my blood work was prefect too. Until March 4th, which is our Wedding Anniversary. I went in for a routine visit and they wanted me to have a ultrasound to hear the heartbeat. To our shock, there was none. So needless to say, we were all devastated. I then needed some time off to process all of this and grieve. I know there is a reason for this and I wish I knew what it was. But it was in God's plan and I know that, hopefully, one day we will meet this little person that is our child.
It's Wednesday which means it's time for a brand new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week's challenge is Come Rain or Shine! I didn't use any rain or a sun on my card, but I used a lovely bright yellow which is sure to brighten any one's day! ;)
And this week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Avery Elle! I am using the super pretty Petals and Stems Clear Stamp Set and the Daisy Ink Pad. Love that color yellow!
I am also using some of the new White Wool Felt by Simon Says. It die cuts perfectly! Love it! I also used the Stitched Mini Scallop Square Dies by MFT, some Hero Arts Pearls and some May Arts Natural Twine.
And don't forget, the super sweet and generous Heidi will give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
Do you use Instagram ? If so, please add #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter!! ♥
