I'm so sad Summer is almost over already! My oldest will be starting 3rd grade and I can't believe it!! Wasn't he just born!? And my youngest is turning 4 on the 28th and starting preschool! Too much for this mommy to handle! I want my babies under my mommy wings all the time! Am I selfish? Maybe, but in this case, probably normal mommy selfishness! ;)
We have a brand new challenge starting today at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week's challenge is... BACK TO SCHOOL!
The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by My Favorite Things! I am using the School Days Clear Stamp Set on my card. Love all of the cute images in this set! Perfect to make a card for a student or teacher!
I paired up the stamp set with a Maya Road Wood Mini Ruler, some twine and Liquid Pearls in White Opal.
The papers are by Crate Paper from the On Trend line. I used the Lipstick Red and Audrey Blue Stamp Pads by Simon Says Stamp as well as a few Distress Markers.
And don't forget, the super sweet and generous Heidi will give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
Have you seen the new Simon Says Stamp Store Website?? You can see it for yourself HERE! Happy Shopping!! :)
And lastly, don't forget, the entire month of August, we are having a special Summer Vacation Kid's Challenge for children ages 2-16!
We have not 1 but 3 awesome prize parcels up for grabs! So get your kids crafting and join in on the fun!! You have until August 31st! ;)

Well Hello there my friend! It's been toooooooo long since my last visit! OMG the boys are getting SO big! How did that happen? And yes, Mom's are allowed to be selfish and want to keep their babies under their watchful eye at all times! Then you become a grandma and it starts all over again + you get to watch YOUR baby go through the same things you did when you watched your children grow up! LOL (That's where I stand today with grandkids that are 22 and nearly 17).
ReplyDeleteI do stalk your blog so have seen all your fabulous creations but just had to pop in an comment on the kids photo (too cute) and this awesome back to school creation! You are so talented!!
I miss you but happy to see you're doing well!
HUGS from OHIO!
Stop in ANY TIME!!
