Happy Wednesday to you all! Can you believe Summer is almost over? It makes me sad, even though I ♥ Fall! But to keep the Summer vibe going a little longer we have a fun new challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week's challenge...Summer!
This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing Exclusive products by none other than Simon Says Stamp! :) I used several Simon Says products on my card this week. I first started with the Bitty Butterfly Stamp and Dies Set. Love me some butterflies!!
I die cut some using Vintage Paper by Simon Says, Vellum and Distress Cardstock by Ranger. I stamped the butterflies using different inks from the Sweet Treats Ink Pad Set by Simon Says.
For the background I used the Large Moroccan Stencil by Simon Says Stamp with some White Gesso. After the Gesso was dried I applied some of the inks using a Round Blending Tool. The woodgrain paper is from the Sew Lovely Kit by Carta Bella. I finished off the card with some Antique Ruler Trim, White Opal Liquid Pearls and a piece of a paper doily.
And don't forget, the super sweet and generous Heidi will give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!
Have you seen the new Simon Says Stamp Store Website?? You can see it for yourself HERE! Happy Shopping!! :)
And lastly, don't forget, the entire month of August, we are having a special Summer Vacation Kid's Challenge for children ages 2-16!
We have not 1 but 3 awesome prize parcels up for grabs! So get your kids crafting and join in on the fun!! You have until August 31st! ;)
Have a fabulous day!
