♥ A Friend...Hears our Heart ♥

This week's challenge at The Shabby Tea Room is called "Flower Power". The challenge is to use the inspiration photo's colors (see below) and you must also have a flower somewhere on your creation.

This week our lovely sponsor is Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps and the DT got to play with their fabulous designs, including a gorgeous digi paper pack called Love Blooms. I must admit, I have never been a fan of silhouettes. At least, until now! This gorgeous silhouette is called Summer Party and it's from their Hat Silhouette Series II. They are all gorgeous!! You must check them out HERE! I want them all! ;)

I also used a BFF Roundie Word Art stamp from Stitchy Bear as well. Lastly, I finished it off with some seam binding ribbon, MS mini roses and punched hearts, heart trim, string pearls and Liquid Pearls. (Sorry for the blurry pic, my camera is on it's way out!!)

♥ Friends make everything twice as nice ♥

Hi everyone! It's not too often I get a chance to get on here over the weekend, but I wanted to get one more card in for this week's Mojo Monday sketch. It was such a great sketch, I wanted to make another card for it.

I used some beautiful papers by Cosmo Cricket. The Odds and Ends line. (One of my new faves!) And that adorable image and sentiment is from the Crafty Secrets Childhood Image and Journal Notes Booklet. I also used some pink twine, Liquid Pearls, white trim and a punched heart.

♥ hi sweetie! ♥

Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far! It has been so hot and humid here. I love summer but hate the high humidity. Thank God for air conditioning!!

This is a card I made for this week's Card Patterns sketch (love it) and this week's CR84FN Color Challenge (yum, those colors!). I used some Girls Paperie and Jenni Bowlin papers, some handmade cherries smothered in glitter, ribbons, Prima trim, a button and the stamped sentiment is from PTI's Fruit Fusion Cherries.
