♥ Simon Says...For A Special Lady/Girl ♥

Happy Hump Day! We have a brand new challenge starting today at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week we want to see cards for...A Special Lady and/or Girl! 

The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Penny Black! I am using the Red Blush Cling Stamp on my card. Such a pretty stamp. I stamped it with some Jet Black StazOn and then colored it in with some Gelatos. I then brushed on some Clear Glitter with my Wink of Stella Marker to give it some sparkle.

The papers I used are from the Almanac Paper Pad by Prima. I also used the Wonky Stitches Die Set by Avery Elle, some Hero Arts Mixed Accents (pearls) and some hand-dyed seam binding ribbon. The "Thinking of You" is from an old stamp set "Prayers" by Simon Says Stamp.

Today is my oldest sons 11th Birthday! How time flies!! I can't believe he is 11 already! Feels just like yesterday that he was born! He is the most loving and sweet kid! He makes us proud everyday. Happy Birthday Antonio! We love you very much!!

♥ Simon Says...Make a Girly Card! ♥

Happy Wednesday everyone! We are half way to the weekend!! And that means it's time for a brand new challenge over at the super fabulous Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week's challenge is called...Special Lady/Girly Challenge!

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Doodlebug! You don't have to use them on your card but if you have them, we would love to see them! ;) I used the Kraft in Color 6x6 Paper Pad, a White Doily and some Lily White Sugar Coating Glitter, all by Doodlebug, on my card.

I coated all of the Prima flowers with some Diamond Glitter glue by Ranger and then the glitter. I also used the Martha Stewart 3 in 1 Butterfly Punch, some May Arts Natural Twine and White Opal Liquid Pearls.

The stamped sentiment is from the Best Mom Ever Clear Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp.

♥ 12 years ago today I married my best friend! It feels like yesterday! Happy Anniversary Sweetie! And it is my Simon Says Stamp DT Anniversary as well! Exactly 4 years ago today, I was asked to be on this amazing team! It is truly the best DT I have ever been on!! Thank you Heidi, Steph, Lols and the entire Simon Says Stamp team! You all ROCK!! ;)

♥ Pink, Yellow and Orange, Oh My! ♥ PDCC52 & MOJO161

What a gorgeous color combo! That is this week's color challenge over at The Play Date Cafe! Look at this gorgeous inspiration photo! Such fab colors and I love those little flowers in the bottom corner! Yum!

I decided to make a baby Girl card and matching Gift Box. I also used this week's sketch over at the Mojo Monday blog for the card. I used some of my favorite paper from The Girls' Paperie, some adorable Little Yellow Bicycle cardstock stickers, ribbons and pearls. Hope you like them?!!
