♥ Shabby Vintage Happy Birthday ♥

Happy Sunday to you! I'm stopping in today with a shabby and vintage Birthday card that is great for either a man or woman. Good thing too since today is my gorgeous husbands birthday! ;)

I am using the Hemstitch Ovals Etched Dies from the Chantilly Paper Lace Collection by Amazing Paper Grace for Spellbinders. Love these awesome dies.

I am also using the fabulous Vintage Pierced Banners Etched Dies. This set comes with 3 different banner dies. They are so fun to work with! The papers I am using are from the Romantique 6.5 x 6.5 Paper Pad by KaiserCraft.

♥ Simon Says...Make it Masculine ♥

Hello there! There's a brand new challenge starting today at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week, it's all about the Boys! MAKE IT MASCULINE...is our theme!

The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by none other than Mr. Tim Holtz himself! I chose to make some cute little frames with my boys photos in them. These Mini Framed Panels are so fun and easy to use.

I first adhered some TH Etcetera paper to the panel after I distressed them a bit with some Distress Inks and Paper Distresser Tool. I then distressed the outer frames with various Distress Inks as well using the Mini Round Blending Tool.

I finished up the frames with some Ruler Pieces, Gadget Gears and Quote Chips.

♥ Simon Says...It's a Guy Thing! ♥

Hello there! Hope you are enjoying your week so far! It's time for a brand new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! With Father's Day, here in the U.S., right around the corner, this week's challenge is....Make It Masculine! It doesn't have to be a Father's Day card though. Just it make for a man and or boy, for any occasion! :)

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by CAS-ual Fridays and/or Waffle Flower. For my card, I am using the Waffle Flower Tag Starter Kit Die Set. This set has many possibilities! Love it!

I also used the Authentique 6x6 Legacy Paper Pad (love these papers!) and this fun stamp set is by Clearly Besotted called 'My Hero'. I finished off the card with a Tim Holtz Screw Brad, Prima Crystal Heart and some May Arts Natural Twine.

♥ Simon Says...It's a Guy Thing ♥

Happy Wednesday! Today starts a new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week, we want to see Masculine cards! It can be for a Birthday, Anniversary, Valentine's, whatever you like, as long as it is for a man and/or boy!  

And of course, to go along with Masculine themed cards, who better for the Simon Says DT to showcase this week?? Of course! Tim Holtz! I chose several different products of his for my card this week. I used the Happy Birthday Wooden Stamp as well as the Collage Mini 8x8 Paper Stash. I also used the Burlap Stencil, some Mini Gears Sprockets and some Pewter Liquid Pearls.

I finished up the card with some May Arts Natural Twine. I will be giving this card to hubby, since his birthday is the 28th! :) Mine is this Sunday, the 18th. But we won't go there!! ;) Once you hit 40, birthdays aren't as fun as they once were!! haha

♥ Simon Says...Masculine/Father's Day! ♥

Father's Day is right around the corner here in the US. So why not get a head start on your cards!! This week's challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog is all about MEN! Don't want to make a Father's Day card? How about a Birthday card for a man in your life? Or a Anniversary card...etc..etc.

The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by none other than, the cutie patootie, Tim Holtz! I decided to use the Moustache Sketch Stamp for my card. I stamped it first on a piece of die cut paper using Black StazOn and then once more in black and once in dark brown. I cut out each side of the moustache in black and brown and then paper pieced it on the original image. I added a little bit of pastel chalks and glitter to it.

I used the Bo Bunny Mama-razzi2 paper pad as well as some Platinum Liquid Pearls.
