♥ The Sweetest Story Ever Told.... ♥

...are the stories shared between mother and child. I love to hear stories from my Mom about when I was a child or even when my mom was a child. And that makes scrapbooking even more special too! Looking back at all those special memories
preserved forever...hearing all the wonderful stories behind the photos. Precious memories.

I made this Mother's Day card using this week's Mojo Monday sketch. This has to be one of my favorite sketches of all time! So fun and it can be used in many different ways.

I used papers by The Girls Paperie and Melissa Frances, Love Mail Creative Scraps by Crafty Secrets, a Studio G stamp, wooden heart, Maya Road chipboard alphas, natural twine, a Martha Stewart mini rose, glitter, trim and lots of mini pearls.

Here is a card I made for this week's challenge over at the JustRite Inspiration blog. This week it is a sketch challenge.

I used the JustRite Kindness Cling stamp set. I also used lots of pearls, papers by the Girls Paperie, Martha Stewart punched butterflies and mini roses, seam binding ribbon and trim.

Wow, what a night last night was! I was up until 2am watching CNN with the news about Bin Laden. It is surely not closure for this country but definitely a well deserved victory! God Bless this country, it's people, the men and woman fighting for it and all people in the world who want peace! Proud to be an American!

That is the name of this week's challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room...Sweet Dreams. Just look at this cozy inspiration photo!

The challenge this week is to use the inspiration photo's colors...blue, white and a neutral.

I used the digi stamp called "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" by this week's sponsor Robyn's Fetish. It's such a cute image. I also used some ribbon, a Melissa Frances resin frame and rub-on transfers, a Maya Road star stick pin and some buttons and pearls.
