♥ I Count Myself Lucky... ♥

...to be on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge DT! :) I really do! What a fabulous group of talented and sweet people! And we always have amazing challenges along with an even more amazing prize, every week! This week's challenge is every one's fave...Anything Goes!

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing our very own Simon Says Stamp Exclusives! You don't have to use them on your creation, but if you have any, of course, we would love to see them! I used the August Card Kit for my card. This kit is one of my faves so far! Love the adorable stamp set, fun papers and the gorgeous colors! You can see other cards I made with this kit HERE.

I also used these amazing Simon Says Butterfly Dies called Leanna Butterfly and Chrissy Butterfly (solid). I also used some twine and Hero Arts Pearls. Do you see that pink paper in the background? It is cardstock that I embossed with the Simon Says Moroccan Stencil that comes with the kit and is also sold separately as well. I ran it through my Grand Calibur Machine and was surprised to see it actually embossed the paper! Very cool!

Have you seen the August Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp? Oh my! Such gorgeous papers, awesome stamps and fun embellies!! I especially love the Simon Says Moroccan Stencil that comes with the kit!

Here are just 3 of the cards I made using this amazing kit! I used the pretty Maya Road burlap flower that also comes with the kit.

Love those pretty papers!! Especially the mini ticket paper, which I cut 1 of them out and adhered it to the flower.

On my 2nd card, I used one of the fun sentiments from the stamp set. How fun is that sentiment?? Just perfect to send to one of you from me!! ;)

I added an extra little piece of burlap lying around and the pearls.

And for my 3rd card,  I used the little Scalloped Edge Notecard that comes in the kit and made it in to a gift card holder. I simply glued the sides together to form a pocket.

Isn't that decorated badge fun??!!
