♥ Simon Says...We're Seeing Stars! ♥

Hope you all are enjoying your week so far! It's time for a new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week we are...Seeing Stars! 

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Studio Calico. For my card, I chose the 6x6 Darling Dear Paper Pack and some of the Woodgrain Chipboard Stars. The little "Lucky Stars tag" is actually a snippet of one of the papers in the paper pack.

I also used some Medium sized pearls, some May Arts Natural twine and some seam binding.

♥ You Float My Boat ♥

Hello friends!! Hope you are having a super fabulous day so far! Have any plans for the Summer yet? We plan on taking mostly day trips and may squeeze in a few days in Vermont! ;) We love it up there, any season!  And speaking of trips....that is this week's challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! We want to see cards using a theme of VACATION/TRAVEL! 

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Studio Calico! For my card, I used the Atlantic 6x6 Paper Pack. Lots of cute papers in this pad! I also used the Atlantic Die-Cut Vellum Shapes and the Boats and Anchors Wood Veneer Shapes also by Studio Calico.

I finished up the card with some Lawn Fawn Sky Twine and some Doodlebug Lily White Pearls.

♥ Simon Says...Things with Wings! ♥

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's time for a new challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog! This time we want to see anything with wings on your cards! Butterflies, birds, owls, fairies, angels, etc!!

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Studio Calico. I chose these fun Wood Veneer Butterfly Shapes. They are really fun to work with. You can keep them plain as is, paint them, ink them up or you can spray them with some Tattered Angels, like I did! I then added some Martha Stewart White Glitter and some Liquid Pearls to them.

I also used the HeyDay Paper Pad by Studio Calico as well. To make the card base, I just simply used a Spellbinders Classic Oval Large Die in the center of the card front, and then inked around the edge with a Sage Green ink pad. The pretty sentiment is from the Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Best Mom Ever Clear Stamp Set.
