♥ Simon Says...Gift It! ♥

Can you believe that Christmas is only 11 days away? Time to finish up any last minute shopping! Or you can join our new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog and make any last minute gifts and in return you might win a gift from us! ;) This week's challenge is...Gift It!  
  

This week the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Mama Elephant. I made this super sweet gift set that is perfect for a last minute gift idea using the Retro Holiday Labels Clear Stamp Set. I simply stamped some of the sentiments onto some Neenah Solar White Cardstock with the Lipstick Red Ink Pad by Simon Says Stamp. I then ran some Aleene's Tacky Glue along the edges of the cut out sentiments and then added some Diamond Dust Glitter to them.

The "snowglobe" was made using the top of the mason jar and half of a plastic ornament.

I hot glued some little candy canes and peppermints, pearls (snowballs) and gems to the top before adding some more of the Diamond Dust Glitter to it. I then hot glued the ornament half to the top of the lid. Makes a great presentation and the jar can be filled with whatever you like! :)

I also made a matching little card as well.

♥ Simon Says...Ice Inspiration ♥

Hello! Hope you all are enjoying your week so far! We have a new challenge starting today at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog!

Our very own, super talented, Jenn Shurkus created an amazing inspiration board for you to be inspired by! So that is our challenge to you this week....Ice Inspiration!

The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by My Favorite Things! For my card, I am using the Snowfall of Blessings Clear Stamp Set and the Pierced Snowflakes Die-Namics Die Set. Love those beautiful snowflakes!!

I added lots of Diamond Dust Glitter to the snowflakes to give them an icy look. I also made some dots of glue on the card front and added some more glitter to them as well.

The papers I used are from the Luke 2 Solids Collection Pack by PhotoPlay and Yuletide by Tim Holtz. I finished it off with some White Pearls.
